Timothy P. Duggan is Chair of Stark & Stark's Eminent Domain Group, representing property owners and developers. Mr. Duggan also heads the Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Group where he represents banks, landlords and trade creditors in Chapter 11 cases.

Anne Studholme represents developers in applications, litigation and appeals in all aspects of zoning and land use. She has served as special counsel to the City of Plainfield.

Faculty

Maureen Bonney represents state agencies in condemnation issues. She argued before the U.S. Supreme Court in Housing Authority of the City of New Brunswick v. Suydam Investors.

Laura Brinkerhoff is a Certified Professional Geologist with more than 25 years of experience. She specializes in soil and groundwater remediation, environmental permitting, brownfields redevelopment and hazardous materials management and screening.

Phyllis E. Bross concentrates in environmental law. She is a former New Jersey Deputy Attorney General, and lectures extensively on landowner liability and economic development.

John J. Curley is a condemnation specialist who focuses on representing municipalities.

Stephen Eisdorfer litigates land use and civil rights in state and federal courts, presents complex applications and handles proceedings before public agencies and land use boards.

Marc Faecher assists his corporate and developer clients in the acquisition and development of environmentally impaired properties.

Douglas Gershuny oversees litigation and advocacy activities on behalf of low income clients. He has been involved in a variety of complex federal and state lawsuits and appeals involving housing, family, civil rights and constitutional legal issues.

Jeffrey Gordon concentrates on property taxation and eminent domain. He advises clients regarding property tax issues and liabilities, and pursues property tax exemptions.

Todd Greene specializes in eminent domain, commercial and residential real estate transactions and property tax appeals.

Michael P. Hedden has performed appraisal and consulting assignments for corporations, syndications, banks, government, commercial and private individuals. He has significant expert testimony experience in numerous courts.

Dennis Hudacsko is a planner working in blight studies, property acquisition, relocation, plan preparation, project marketing and construction management.

Vincent Mangini is active in the Central Jersey Builders Association and handles all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and the processing of development applications before planning and zoning boards.

Edward D. McKirdy has been practicing for over 45 years. He focuses on eminent domain and condemnation.

Kenneth E. Meiser focuses on land use litigation and approvals. He has significant experience in both the land development application and permitting process and in litigation of land use matters.

Thomas Olson focuses his practice on condemnation and real estate tax appeals. He is Special Counsel for real estate tax appeals to the Town of Hackettstown, Town of Morristown, and Borough of Morris Plains.

Jack Smith is recognized for his expertise in environmental risk management, including the placement and service of environmental insurance coverage.

Mark Sussman has appraisal and related expertise in property tax matters, investment analysis and counseling, and appearances as an expert witness in litigated commercial, condemnation and eminent domain matters.

James M. Turteltaub focuses his practice in eminent domain law and real estate tax appeals. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Taxation Section.

William J. Ward is the author of the New Jersey Eminent Domain Law Blog. His extensive career spans more than three decades in the practice of eminent domain law.

Peter H. Wegener has been practicing law in New Jersey since 1966. He specializes in eminent domain, real property tax appeals and real estate litigation.

Douglas Wolfson served on the Superior Court bench from 1991 to 2002. Now in private practice, he specializes in appellate, mediation, zoning and land use law.
