Jennifer Bellah Maguire focuses on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, financings and divestitures. She is featured in The Expert Guide to the World’s Leading Private Equity Lawyers for 2005 and 2006 and has been selected by Chambers and Partners as a Leading Corporate/M&A Lawyer for its 2005, 2006 and 2007 Chambers USA America’s Leading Lawyers for Business directories.

Dino T. Barajas has extensive experience representing lenders, investors, and developers in a wide range of domestic and international project financings in the energy, power, infrastructure and commercial sectors, as well as traditional structured finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, asset finance, joint ventures and venture capital.

Keynote Speaker

Gerald L. Parsky serves on several boards within his company, a Los Angeles-based investment firm specializing in the acquisition of U.S. companies. He also serves on the Board of Regents of the University of California. He was the Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Treasury Department from 1974 to 1977.

Blaise Antin works closely with international and emerging markets in investment strategies. He was

formerly with the G7 Group.

Paul Aronzon is responsible for managing the Restructuring Advisory Group, and has represented debtors, financial institutions, lender syndicates, public debt, and troubled companies.

Lee E. Bailey has over 20 years of experience investing in technology-based projects in the

renewable energy and clean fuels sectors.

Geoffrey C. Bland has been an active investor in middle market companies for over 20 years. His

investment experience includes leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and growth equity investments.

Henry Brandon has been responsible for all aspects of his firm’s private equity investment activities and

the day-to-day management of the firm.

Monte Brem oversees the management of his company and its client relationships, chairs the management committee and is a member of the investment committee.

Siobhan M. Burke specializes in corporate, partnership and limited liability company finance matters, including private equity transactions, public and private securities offerings and mergers and acquisitions.

Larry J. Cohen speaks nationally to professional groups about litigation, trial practice, legal ethics, and alternative dispute resolution.

Michael Connolly joined his company in 2007. He was previously a Managing Director and Co-Head of UBS’s Los Angeles Investment Banking Office and a Senior Vice President at DLJ.

Kevin Corrigan has 30 years’ experience and is responsible for sourcing emerging markets investments for the Energy & Infrastructure Group

Ana Marie del Rio manages the Human Resources, Information Technology and Legal Support Services

Departments of her company.

Dean D’Angelo focuses on providing solutions at all levels of the capital structure (senior debt,

mezzanine capital and equity) across all sectors.

David Goldman practices a wide variety of transactional and advisory work in the partnership and corporate tax area.

David M. Hernand is a member of his firm's Corporate Department. He advises clients in acquisition transactions, corporate control contests, strategic partnering arrangements, public and private capital raising transactions and general company representation matters.

Robert Logan has 20 years’ experience in which he has developed, acquired and managed equity investments in electric generation and distribution projects and companies.

Arturo Perdomo focuses on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, project finance and general corporate matters, as well as in the acquisition of various Mexican financial entities.

Alex Perez is Head of Distressed/High Yield Origination and Distribution for the Latin American Corporate Trading Group focusing on development of investment opportunities across Latin America.

John Henry Pollock is responsible for managing the Group’s debt investments in single asset, standalone

projects that are financed independently.

Stephen D. Royer has 17 years of experience with media, entertainment and communications in the private equity field. He previously served as an investment banker with Lehman Brothers. He serves as a Director of Real D and TeleGuam Holdings.

Mark A. Sampson has over 20 years of experience and is responsible for his firm’s private equity investment activities.

Douglas B. Schreier is a Principal in the Merger & Acquisition Transaction Services group, working

with private equity groups.
